Step 2: Initial Evaluation
1 hour phone or in person appointment. A more comprehensive look into your wellness needs, values conversation, review of your evaluation form, my background and program recommendations. You will leave with a few wellness points to initiate and a professional nutritional evaluation of where you are and what you need to accomplish your goals.
Step 3: Start your program
Your first session will be scheduled at a time that works for you. Choose virtual or in person, whatever you prefer. Each session is action-focused and personalized. Topics may include nutrition education, meal planning, lab or genetic data review, and integrative strategies like stress support, sleep, hormone balance, and movement. You’ll leave each session with clear next steps and written actions/goals to keep you on track.

Includes body fat analysis, blood work, fitness/food diary, self-assessment and wellness surveys. A customized program recommendation follows.

Quick clean-up for a healthier lifestyle/weight loss (2 sessions).
Long-term plan to meet fitness & nutrition goals. Includes a book and personalized sessions (4+ sessions).

Nutrigenomic Testing
Saliva test to determine what foods and exercises are best for your genes. This will unleash your genetic potential.

Pilates
Single or Duet in person lessons at my Park West location. Includes mat, reformer and additional pilates equipment
